How to cancel ChatGPT subscription
If you signed up via our website and you'd like to cancel your subscription:
- Log into ChatGPT.
- Click on 'View Plans' at the bottom of the left sidebar.
- In the new page that opens, choose 'Manage my subscription'.
- On the checkout page, select 'Cancel Plan'.
If you subscribed via the app, you'll need to cancel via iOS or Android accordingly.
Important Notes:
- Only existing Plus and Pro plan users will see the 'My Plan' option.
- Your cancellation becomes effective the day after your next billing date, allowing you to use the services until then.
- To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable.
